a dance album to activate the dormant dance energy
merkabah is an affirmation dance album, where all the sounds were curated by High Heal Doula with the intent to gather the community to dance in celebration of their most sacred chariot, their bodies.
The community dance activations will feature sound healing, journaling, culinary arts, aromatherapy, and a conversation with the body through movement memory.
